Mill Games, is a joint venture company, which will focus on the Romanian gamedev market. Founders of the Mill games are Warsaw-based Movie Games publisher and INC Investments & Consulting.

The ambition of Mill Games is to develop Romanian game development studios that can list on the Bucharest or Warsaw Stock Exchange. INC will assist the companies in preparing for this step as it has an active presence in both the Polish and Romanian capital market. As of September 2020, there were over 50 gaming companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. There is currently no gaming studio listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange and the IT&C sector is currently underrepresented on the Romanian capital market.
INC is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, dynamically developing its capital group operating in the area of investment and advisory services in the Polish and Romanian financial market. INC is consistently maintaining a leadership position among the top NewConnect Authorized Advisers in Poland. In 2018, the company won the outstanding award from the Warsaw Stock Exchange for the largest number (over 50) of IPOs in the history of the NewConnect market. The company has a track record in conducting listings in Romania as well: Carpathia Capital was the first Polish company listed on AeRO. The second INC’s AeRO debut was Bittnet. The Group operates, among others, INC Private Equity (pre-IPO fund), Carpathia Capital (an opportunity investment fund), and the INC Brokerage House, which only in 2020 obtained financing for several companies, including 11 companies from the gaming industry. INC operates two crowdfunding platforms in Poland – CrowdConnect.pl, offering equity crowdfunding, and Raisemana, offering donation crowdfunding of digital projects, including games and movies.
Movie Games is a Polish game developer and publisher, listed on Warsaw Stock Exchange’s alternative investment market, NewConnect. The company was established in 2016 by game enthusiasts with experience in the financial, gaming, and media sectors. Movie Games’ portfolio includes horror games (Webby Award winner „The Beast Inside”, critically acclaimed „Lust for Darkness” & „Lust from Beyond” series) and simulators, which show all the different aspects of various occupations (Steam no. 1 global top-seller „Drug Dealer Simulator”, „Plane Mechanic Simulator”). Movie Games and its subsidiary companies work with global publishers (Running With Scissors), celebrities (Robert Lewandowski) and business partners (IP holders, platform holders, key digital storefronts).
